Well as far as trying to figure out how to make the format of this blog look decent, it didn't get far. I promise I'll take time to eventually get it all together. Key word: eventually. I have been working with my dad a lot lately, which is great because I am learning a lot from the sideline talents and what other people think of the talents. What words are the right words to say and how to approach certain topics. I am red hatting the games (time out coordinator) and love it. I really rule the field when I am out there. POWER TO ME. Just wish they were high paying jobs... haha kidding! Work is going well. I am learning more about shooting and editing and hopefully doing a football stand up soon, which will be great practice and good for my real. CNN came today to talk to class and it made me really excited to get out into the real world. I know reporting is a time commitment and will take a lot of my attention, but I am ready for it. I love asking questions and finding out more about people and situations. I am extremely nosey but it's considered a good thing when it comes to broadcasting right? HAHA. Personal note: Went to the falcons game last night, loved the atmosphere. I never want to work anywhere else but in football. It gives me the chills every time. Although ATLANTA sports can seem to get their act together, it was a good game. The Braves lost the in the play-offs (not really that surprising, just sucks because they had great potential) and the DAWGS almost took a beating by Tennessee. Marshall and Scott-Weasly are out with ACL tears and who knows about Bennette. Were they going for our knees or something? NOT COOL. So back to homework I go. I promise to try to update more often. My life is just the same though so not sure how interesting it could be. Here's to loving ATL even though our sports team are in a rough patch, trying new things, and being optimistic, or at least trying to. XOXO A
